Introductory & Theme focused training events, Workshops, Proposal Writing Camps
One of the most important services our project team offers is a number of training sessions focusing on specific audiences and experiences. Our aim is to provide the core information and knowledge transfer on H2020 project development, with special focus on increasing numbers of applicants, and the number of projects where Turkey acts as the coordinator. In our training portfolio you can find: General Trainings, Focused Group Trainings, Theme Oriented Trainings, IPR Trainings, Trainings on Access to Risk Finance, Proposal Writing Camps.
SME Consulting & Proposal Evaluation
Under this activity, our team of Experts will offer one-to-one consultancy visits to 100 carefully selected SMEs. Our team has two main targets: to increase the number of SMEs applying for H2020 and the success rate of these SME applications. A written roadmap will be prepared for each evaluated SME, identifying innovative potential, specific opportunity areas for H2020 participation, and assessment of TRLs for specific technologies or innovations proposed for projects.
Our team will also offer proposal evaluation services in order to increase the success rate of submitted proposals for H2020. The proposal evaluation services will be designed to complement the TUBITAK researcher’s pre-evaluation support. Throughout a specific process we will provide evaluation of proposals, and identify specific improvements that can be made before submission.
Consortium Building, Networking & International Brokerage Events
The project will provide the necessary financial support for researchers to complement the training and consultancy actions that will improve awareness, information, knowledge and specific skills for successful H2020 project applications. Activities include the organisation of International Brokerage Events in both Turkey and Brussels, B2B matching tools & and financial support to Turkish researchers travelling to the networking events or consortium building meetings abroad to participate in networking events abroad.
A helpdesk system for Legal, Financial & IPR issues, Collaboration & communication channels
In order to support organisations in all the above activities and enhance their capabilities in H2020, the project has created this website that will be used as a communication tool for all researchers seeking help from our team. Information Multipliers can also benefit from some collaboration and reference features that will only be available to them. Newsletters, closed and open Linkedin groups as well as online forms will be facilitated to further improve and expand information channels.
Apart from this tool, a full feature helpdesk system is implemented. This will allow researchers (individuals and organisations) to post questions either through their email or by submitting a simple web form. The helpdesk system can be accessed through http://helpdesk.turkeyinh2020.eu or by sending mail to email@example.com.
